Oluwafikayo is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) with over 10 years of experience leading programs and operational initiatives across nonprofit, facilities management, and digital transformation environments. She brings strong expertise in governance, stakeholder engagement, process optimization, and structured project delivery. 

Currently, she serves as Programs and Operations Manager at a nonprofit and a remote Process/Operations Manager for an international Tech Academy. Her career reflects a consistent track record of strengthening systems and improving efficiency. Passionate about growth and sustainability, she actively volunteers across various sectors to drive measurable social impact.

In her capacity as Vice President, Administration for the PMI Nigeria Chapter, and the custodian of chapter governance, she manages all official records, board minutes, and correspondence. She maintains the chapter’s digital repository, overseeing tool licensing, access protocols, and document inventory. Strategically, she develops succession plans to ensure leadership continuity and collates annual deliverables from chapter leaders into a comprehensive performance matrix. By tracking progress against the Catalog of Core Services, she provides critical status updates to the Board and PMI Global, ensuring operational transparency and alignment with international standards.
