Oluwafikayo is a certified and results-driven Project Management Professional with over 15 years of experience delivering strategic initiatives and driving operational excellence across complex environments.

She currently serves as the Executive Director and Co-founder of Nova Diamond Foundation, a nonprofit organization focused on improving access to quality healthcare for vulnerable communities across Nigeria. She also serves on advisory boards for several nonprofit organizations, where she provides governance support and drives operational excellence across impact-driven initiatives in Africa.

Oluwafikayo holds a degree in Building Technology and a postgraduate qualification in Strategic Management and Leadership. She is also trained in business analysis, with a strong capability in identifying process gaps, diagnosing operational inefficiencies, and recommending context-driven solutions that deliver measurable results. She has led cross-functional teams and delivered outcomes across multiple sectors, including banking, construction, facility management, technology, and nonprofits. Her major strength is in institutionalizing processes, strengthening internal systems, and enabling teams to achieve their strategic objectives.

She is passionate about building sustainable systems, fostering collaboration, and empowering teams to perform at their best.
