Joel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Covenant University, where he developed a strong foundation in engineering principles. He furthered his education with a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Lagos, enhancing his expertise in managing complex systems and projects.
As a testament to his qualifications and commitment, Joel has obtained several certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), and PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
Currently, Joel serves as a leader in a professional services firm, overseeing the Project Management Office (PMO) in the Audit and Assurance unit. This role showcases his aptitude for managing projects within a dynamic and demanding industry, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness at every stage. Joel’s commitment to making a positive impact is demonstrated through his involvement with the Project Management Institute, where he holds the position of Vice President,
Social Good Initiatives. In this role, he actively contributes to initiatives that bring about positive change and social development through project management practices.
